Problem - Staff members were experiencing difficulties in all facets of communication. Absenteeism was on the rise, team members admitted to exerting minimum effort, and supervisors and coordinators felt overwhelmed.
Solution - We conducted leadership interviews to determine perspectives and attitudes, and to gain historical context. Then, we gathered staff perspectives via interviews and written assessments. We discovered what the root issues were, and facilitated workshops designed to increase levels of respect and collaboration. Post-engagement surveys showed a significant improvement in Organizational Culture.

Problem - The organization never made time to formulate a professional development plan for its non-technical employees. New staff members were expected to attend the company orientation, then hit the ground running without any formalized training. Turnover was high due to unclear expectations and lack of preparation.
Solution - We designed formalized learning paths for each departmental function. We delivered customized workshops, produced relevant learning resources, and oversaw all logistics. Then, we helped the staff acclimate to the use of the Learning Management System. Staff members felt more confident about expectations and experienced more clarity regarding the use of learning resources.
